2020’s Virtual Christmas Concert

During the Pandemic Christmas of 2020, in lieu of the traditional live concert, the Cathedral Choir and National Forum musicians across America collaborated to create a virtual Christmas Concert: “God Is With Us,” which premiered on Facebook on December 20, 2020.

The virtual concert featured performances recorded at Orthodox churches across New York City, including The Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, Sts. Catherine and George Greek Orthodox Church, The Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Protection, and St. Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church, as well as a virtual choir performance of “Christ Is Born, Glorify Him,” featuring Greek Orthodox church musicians from across the country.

Pascha 2021: Live and In-Person!

Pascha 2021 marked the return of the Cathedral Choir to the loft post-pandemic. The “Fabulous Thirteen” were few but mighty, and the return of choral music to the Cathedral was widely celebrated by the congregation.
